VEIT FM 10 / 14, FM 14L / 16 Fusing Machine
₹0.00
High-throughput fusing for outerwear. FM 14L/16 adds a 1,400 mm (55.12") extended heat zone with three heating zones for gentler, even heat—ideal for coats, winter fabrics, and block fusing. Built for large-scale or centralized lines and integrates with FE-L / ET feeding systems. A 7" touch control shows all parameters at a glance, halts feeding on deviations, and supports remote diagnostics (web server, OPC UA, IO-Link). Ergonomic layout improves visibility and access to the cooling/stripper area.

Designed in Germany
The FM 14L / 16 is the most productive VEIT solution for outerwear, engineered for heavy fabrics and high volumes. Compared with the FM 1000/1400, it features an extended 1,400 mm (55.12") heating length and three heating zones that apply heat more gently and uniformly—perfect for coats, winter materials, and block fusing. It’s optimized for large-scale production or centralized fusing and pairs seamlessly with FE-L and ET feeding systems for continuous, in-line operation.
Why it boosts productivity
Extended heat zone (1,400 mm): Longer dwell for demanding outerwear and multi-layer laminations.
Three heating zones: Smooth, controlled temperature profiles for sensitive or bulky fabrics.
Line integration: Ideal for centralized fusing cells; ready for FE-L / ET automation.
Control & connectivity
New 7" capacitive touch screen: All key parameters (set/actual temperatures per zone, pressure in bar or N/cm², belt speed in m/min & seconds) visible at a glance.
Automatic protection: If a parameter drifts (e.g., temperature too low), the display highlights it in red and the infeed belt stops to prevent mis-fusing.
Remote service & data: Built-in web server for VEIT Remote Service, integrated OPC UA server, IO-Link, USB (printing/program copies), language selection, and shift management.
Diagnostics: Continuous checks for heating elements, compressed air, belt running, plus an error log.
Ergonomics & visibility
Lower working height and refined machine geometry improve operator access.
Enhanced transfer view: The FE-to-conveyor transfer area is opened up for better monitoring and fewer mistakes.
Enlarged rear flap: Clear sightline to the stripper and cooling-belt transfer for instant visual QC.
Slimmed cooling station width: Easier access to the stripper for cleaning and maintenance.
At a glance—operator panel readouts
Set/actual temperatures for Zone 1, Zone 2 (and third zone management)
Contact pressure (bar or N/cm²)
Belt speed (m/min and seconds)
Stand-by for energy savings, heat on/off, cool-down for belt care
Put simply: FM 14L/16 delivers the capacity, control, and visibility outerwear lines need—maximizing uptime, ensuring consistent bonds, and making day-to-day operation easier for your team.
