Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not offer same-day dispatch. No processing or dispatch occurs on public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We select the carrier offering the best available rate and shortest delivery time. Transit times vary by carrier and will be communicated via phone after order confirmation. Shipping costs are variable (based on weight and destination), and tracking is available for every shipment. Expedited shipping options can be requested at checkout or by contacting us.
Shipping Destinations
Domestic: PAN India
International: Asia, Africa, Middle East
All import duties, taxes, and fees on international orders are borne by the customer.
Special Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / Remote Areas: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations.
- Signature Required: Every delivery requires signature upon receipt.
- High-Value Orders: Signature and additional verification are required.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- Damaged in Transit: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Report any damage within 7 days to info@iigm.in, including photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
- Lost or Missing: If carrier tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please wait 48 hours for any carrier scan updates. If still missing, report it within 14 days of dispatch by emailing info@iigm.in.
