Drum heater assures sufficient material heating from the every start of operation, just the same as flat type heating.
Temperature is automatically controlled by means of an electronic thermostat and SSR. and it maintains a sensitive thermostatic switch that turns on and off alternately, and the Belt warping Prevention Device control temperature difference range maintains the belt at the same is always within +I- 5°C
Uniformity and high pressure are maintained by a new air cylinder, a silicon rubber roller.
Anti-static type Teflon belts assures longer belt life, and belt cleaning and maintenance is easy made.
Belt warping Prevention Device maintains the belt at the same position at all time, so the operator needs only to insert the fabric.
