JUKI LU – 1560N INDUSTRIAL TWO NEEDLE UNISON FEED LOCKSTITCH MACHINE SEWING MACHINE
The JUKI LU-1560N is a 2-needle Unison-feed lockstitch machine with an automatic lubrication system that lowers maintenance costs. This Japanese-made machine can easily sew multi-layered heavy materials, thanks to the changeover device that can adjust the movement of the walking foot and the presser foot, with vertical axis large hook. Suitable for sewing car seats, sofas, bags & extra heavy materials with the needle gauge options.
- Maximum sewing speed of up to 2500 stitches per minute.
- Fixed needle feed with adjustable bottom feed mechanism prevents irregular material feed without having to change the stitch pitches.
- Rectangular feeding motion prevents stitch gathering, even with heavy materials
- Smooth functioning with the combination of unison and rectangular feed, and alternating vertical motion.
- Minimal vibration and noise with lower feed dog lift.
- Stitch dial to adjust stitch length (up to 9mm).
- Built-in knee-lifter mechanism in the bed to reduce user effort.
- 16mm presser foot lift to ensure the smooth handling of material.
- Vertical-axis double-capacity hook reduces the need for regular bobbin thread replacement.
- Automatic safety mechanism prevents hook damage when the thread gets caught in the hook.
- Reset button restores the original state of the machine after the safety mechanism is activated.
- The automatic lubrication mechanism with sub oil pan and double filter reduces maintenance costs.
- The bottom-feed adjusting mechanism improves the efficiency of the machine.
- Optional power saving motors are available on request.
- A new feeding mechanism, elliptical feed, rectangular feed & complete rectangular feed to prevents the stitch gathering.
