PRIMA FOLDER Industrial SIGMA folding machine for synthetic fabrics

PRIMA Folder’s SIGMA is a machine designed to fold flat household linen made of mixed fabric of cotton and polyester. The compact machine is suitable for use in laundries with limited space and it can produce crosswise and length-wise inversion folds.

• The folding mechanism used in the machine is mechanical with inversion
• The high quality machine is not affected by the anti-static effect caused by household linen
• SIGMA can carry out a number of folding combinations.
• It automatically runs 1, 2 or 3 centred lengthwise folds or 2 folds at 1/3 calibrated
• The feeding belt has an intermediate stop with adjustable time, allowing the operator to fix any potentially misshapen items.
• Because of the basic piling module, every folded item, regardless of the order of the item introduced, is passed on a belt with a descent device, which keeps the stacking level of the folded item on the previous one constant
• The folding type (crosswise folding and lengthwise folding) is automatically selected by the machine according to the width of the material and the chosen program
