NEXIA NS LINE NS 260, NS 420 AND NS 520 INDUSTRIAL WASHING MACHINE
Nexia NS 420 is designed to optimize washing treatments of readymade garments either by pumice stone or enzymatic wash. Nexia NS 420 is a powerful and silent washing machine, designed to reduce consumption of water, energy and chemical elements, for a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly production cycle. The machine features a pre-extractor. A special feature is the innovative “patent pending” system of drum and beaters. The drum is made of 5 mm thick.
AISI stainless steel, properly perforated to guarantee a perfect cycle of the bath inside the drum. The thick support shaft is made from a single metal casting to guarantee long machine life. The complete drum shaft block is held up by a specific supports installed at the rear to enable easy access for maintenance. The front of the machine is made entirely of stainless steel.
