This bottom-feed overlock / safety stitch machine is an advanced, full-featured solution specifically designed for extra heavy-weight materials. Equipped with an extra high-lift upper looper, tractor foot and coarse feed dog, it securely feeds and stitches thick and bulky fabrics such as denim, raised and brushed materials, mats, carpets and multi-layered assemblies. The machine firmly clamps the material at the beginning of sewing and continues to sew smoothly through seams, overlaps and cross sections—greatly improving handling and seam consistency. Durability and reliability are built into the core mechanisms, including a robust needle bar system with upper and lower bushings, a cartridge-type oil filter and a cooling fan for stable, long-term performance. Operator comfort is enhanced by a standard micro-lifter, which reduces fatigue while also minimizing noise and vibration for smoother, more comfortable operation. To protect seam quality at higher speeds, the machine features a needle thread heat remover and needle cooler, helping to prevent thread breakage, skipped stitches and other heat-related issues. In addition, a range of fine-tuning mechanisms—including micro-adjustment controls—allow easy setting of stitch conditions so the machine can be quickly adapted to different materials and thicknesses.
