Global LP 2974 LH-AUT – Double Needle Lockstitch Postbed Machine

The Global LP 2974 LH-AUT is part of the LP 2970 LH-AUT postbed series, engineered specifically for demanding stitching operations in the shoe industry. This double needle lockstitch postbed machine combines a compact post design with a powerful feeding system using wheel feed and a top driven roller presser, supported by large-capacity hooks for reliable sewing with thicker threads.

Designed for high productivity, the LP 2974 LH-AUT reaches speeds of up to 3000 stitches per minute with a fully automatic oiling system, ensuring continuous lubrication and reduced maintenance. In its standard configuration, the LP 2974 operates without needle feed, but it is easily convertible into a needle-feed version, giving manufacturers added flexibility as their production needs evolve. 

For operator convenience and faster cycle times, the machine is fitted with an automatic thread trimmer, automatic back tack and automatic presser foot lift. It supports a double-needle stitch length up to 5 mm and uses needle systems 134 LR, 134 KKLR or 134-35 LR, making it suitable for decorative or structural seams on light, medium and heavy footwear materials.
