Global WF 920 (AUT) Series – Heavy Duty Walking Foot Lockstitch Machines

The Global WF 920 (AUT) series combines powerful feeding, reliability, and operator comfort for demanding sewing applications. Using a needle feed + walking foot + drop feed system, the machines transport multiple or bulky layers evenly, preventing ply slippage and stitch irregularity on materials such as upholstery, leather bags, canvas products and technical textiles. Running at speeds up to 2000 spm, the series offers a maximum stitch length of 9 mm and presser foot lift up to 15 mm by knee, allowing easy handling of thicker assemblies. A fully automatic oiling system minimizes maintenance and ensures consistent lubrication of all key components. Models are available in single-needle and double-needle versions, with optional automatic thread trimmer and automatic back tack (AUT) for faster cycle times. The WF 926 SNB variants feature disengageable needle bars for flexible seam configurations, while a standard safety clutch protects the hook and drive system in case of thread jams or mishandling.
