Barudan BEKT-S1501CAII Industrial Single Head Embroidery

The BEKT-S1501CAII is a premium single-head embroidery machine that brings multi-head technology into a compact, highly capable 15-needle platform. With a 250 x 400 mm embroidery area, it is ideal for professional-grade personalization and small-logo embroidery on sports uniforms, workwear, school uniforms, caps, bags, shoes, socks, gloves and a wide variety of other products. Its tool-free conversion between cap frame and blue frame allows quick switching between applications, improving productivity in busy embroidery environments.

Unique to the 15-needle model is Barudan’s newly designed thread stand, which allows threading from the front of the machine—making setup and color changes faster and more convenient for the operator. The new tensioner features a larger LED for clearer monitoring of machine status, along with improved thread guides that ensure smoother, easier threading and consistent stitch quality.

The open bridge-type chassis provides additional working room, especially when handling bulky items such as shoes and bags. Powerful servo motors are built in to deliver strong, stable stitching even on heavier materials. A standard laser pointer ensures precise centering of designs, reducing alignment errors and setup time.

Advanced workflow tools are integrated, including Name Drop for easy management of multiple-name designs, name-by-name verification, quick individual name repair and audible alerts when each name is completed—allowing operators to multitask effectively. Hoop Outline Display (barcode based) shows the selected frame directly on the screen, while Frame Centering and Frame Limit functions automatically center designs and prevent machine operation when designs exceed frame boundaries, protecting the frame and machine.

The interface supports customizable shortcuts and operation icon groups, allowing operators to access frequently used functions quickly based on their workflow. Cap Frame Mode enables seamless switching between cap and blue frame settings with a single on-screen tap. For connectivity, the BEKT-S1501CAII supports USB design transfer and optional Bluetooth Manager and B-NET LAN networking software. This enables fast drag-and-drop distribution of designs to multiple machines, networking up to 7 machines via Bluetooth or up to 100 via LAN, and access to web-based dashboards, real-time machine status and production reporting—making the BEKT-S1501CAII a powerful, future-ready solution for demanding embroidery operations.
