Method Improvement
We have also launched a dress shirt-sewing manual with standardized workstations for individual operations. We undertake complete project for implementation of the same. This service extends to other products and suggests advanced attachments for productivity and consistency.
Waste Reduction
We focus on segregating the non value added and value added activities as work allowances by techniques such as operators ‘attitude studies’ of every minute they spend in factories. Our projects department also does the study of double hand theories, mock layouts and man-machine ratio.
