The JT418HS is an advanced automatic sewing unit designed for the application of single or double waistband belts on jeans and similar garments, in both continuous and single-piece operations. Equipped with a KANSAI 4-needle chain stitch sewing head on a cylindrical base, along with synchronized electronic pullers and precision rear clamps, the JT418HS guarantees accuracy, flexibility, and high productivity. Its unique JAM system allows the creation of both straight and curved waistbands, while programmable features ensure consistent quality even with medium and heavy fabrics. The intuitive JAM touch screen makes setup and operation simple, even for complex waistband applications.
