- Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are intended to assist with the technical aspects of a successful installation, set-up and sampling of your machines. Our service team will assist the local governing authorities, owners and stakeholders, assuring international standards of pre-inspection
- We follow international ISO 9000 standard procedures for all industrial machine installations such as:
- Pre Installation Site Visit: Service Managers & Service Heads visit every customer’s manufacturing unit to discuss their requirements for installation (i.e. air & power requirements), machine movement plans, spaces offered with recommendations, and any other unique requirements.
- We use sophisticated tools suggested by the manufactures to handle installations professionally, simultaneously completing your job within the stipulated time.
- Post Installations: We carry out a 4 start pre-inspection to guarantee that your machines are ready to go before we hand over all the tools & accessories
- An official demo of the various features of your machines is given along with application support to your operators, maintenance staff and factory managers
- We educate all our customer about basic maintenance for extending the life of your assets.
- Complaint Registering Procedures (CRP) & Warranty Terms are explained in length if you were to have a breakdown at any given point in time.
