The Ngai Shing 9084 is a pocket creasing machine that uses pneumatic steam. It is ideal for folding and pressing thin fabric pockets, such as those seen in shirts.
- System of double pressing: the upper mould can retract and then press the pocket again.
- The size of the lower mould is adjustable; the front and back components of the heating template can be removed separately to easily reposition the pocket.
- Pockets in round, square, hexangular, and triangle shapes might be substituted.
- Use a PLC and a user-friendly touch screen for operation.
- For improved pocket screening, the lower mould can spray steam.
