Features
- Consists of one main body and one heating unit.
- The effect to be given on the jeans after resin application, can not become deformed and changed thanks to the vacuum system.
- Processing time, top-bottom heating and mannequins can be easily controlled by the Control Panel in front of the Heating Unit.
- Vacuum control is done by pedal system.
- Thanks to the top-bottom fans on the heating unit, hot air is being distributed homogeneously. Pre-curing process is proceeded by the infrared heating in the heating unit and this process takes approximately 2-2,5 minute for one jean, so daily capacity would be around 600 pcs a day.
