USES: Spray No. 961 on locks and hinges - wherever there are moving parts which have becomestationary due to corrosion. Frees nuts and bolts. Apply to dies that are wet with water or soluble cutting oil emulsions or to parts which have been washed with water. It will completelydisplace the water which drains off by gravity. The spray itself is non-conducting and it never dries.
