Its individually closing heads and single basic buck include three separate head bucks, allowing overlapping pressing sequences that prevent garment shifting and ensure consistently high-quality shaping. The machine offers exceptional flexibility through an adjustable lapel head position, making it suitable for various lapel styles and garment designs. The lapel head buck is divided into separate chambers for processing both short and long lapels with precision. To correct imperfections from earlier processes, the collar head buck includes manual pre-steaming, while a built-in lapel holding arm assists in accurate garment positioning. Additional mirrors help with positioning the back section, improving workflow speed and finishing accuracy. The advanced BRI-Fashion digital programmer provides user-friendly touchscreen control, automatically managing all pressing parameters through individual programs, increasing repeatability and operator productivity. A separate program selection switch allows quick, convenient switching between programs to enhance workstation efficiency. To prevent shine, marks or fabric distortion, optional digital distance control allows precise variable adjustment between pressing shapes during operation. The collar head suction system removes escaped steam and directs it into the head buck, preventing steam from contacting finished areas—particularly important when working with delicate or luxury fabrics. Optional airbags assist with perfect garment placement, especially for large sizes and different collar shapes, while an optional steam system for bust areas enables pre-steaming or finishing of velvet and other sensitive materials.
