The BRI 1810/302 Classic Armhole Creasing and Sleeve Finishing Machine is designed for precise shaping of sleeve heads and armholes on high-quality jackets, coats and tailored garments. Equipped with a sleeve tensioning device and advanced air-cushion technology, it ensures a perfect “sleeve roll” and clean, stable contours even on demanding fabrics and fashion styles. The sleeve head finisher uses an air cushion with roll-up movement to shape the front and back sleeve roll, finish push-up sleeve models and define the complete sleeve head contour. A special airbag system allows individually adjustable pressure, enabling very sensitive operation while holding the garment securely in place. Up to seven different movements can be freely programmed, giving maximum flexibility for different designs and materials. An exchangeable crease plate system (including two pairs of crease plates) provides very high creasing in the armhole area and adapts easily to different armhole sizes, significantly reducing the need for manual touch-up. The crease plates feature a two-stage closing option, allowing finishing with or without pressure to protect very delicate fabrics. The machine includes a side part tensioning device to avoid damage to side seams during processing, and a body buck with separate steam, suction and blowing chambers to handle various fabric types with optimal finishing conditions. Operation is intuitive via a user-friendly 5.7" colour touch display, while a separate program selection switch allows quick program changes for fast style changeovers. Optional tandem operation enables two different programs to run in parallel, boosting productivity in busy production environments. Additional options further enhance performance and quality: Sleeve tensioning device with adjustable height and inclination automatically stretches the sleeves for uniform results. Blowing in the lower armhole area removes escaping steam from sleeve finishing so side and back panels remain undamaged, eliminating extra touch-up. Crease plate heating system (for 2 or 4 sets of plates) pre-heats the plates, allowing immediate use after changeover and increasing throughput. Proportional blowing system prevents unwanted distortion when working with highly sensitive fabrics so the sleeve contour and design remain perfectly in shape.
