E-Line UKS / UKFE Perforated Cable Tray System

E-Line UKS/UKFE is a modular perforated cable-tray family for safe, tidy routing of power, control, and data cables across buildings and industrial facilities. Choose the straight-edge UKS for maximum cable capacity or the folded-edge UKFE where added cable and installer protection is preferred. With robust galvanization options (and stainless variants), quick bolted splices, and a full suite of fittings and covers, the system installs quickly, adapts easily to layout changes, and delivers long service life in commercial plants, warehouses, hospitals, data centers, and infrastructure projects.

• Two tray profiles: UKS (straight edge) for maximum usable width and UKFE (folded “safe edge”) to protect cable jackets and installer hands
• Perforated base for ventilation, heat dissipation, and weight reduction
• Wide size range with common widths from 50–600 mm and heights around 35/60/100/150 mm to suit light- to heavy-duty runs
• Material thicknesses typically from ~0.8–2.0 mm (selected by width/height/load)
• Finishes for every environment: pre-galvanized (sendzimir) and hot-dip galvanized; stainless-steel options for corrosive or hygiene-critical sites
• Fast, secure bolted splice plates ensure mechanical strength and electrical continuity
• Large accessory ecosystem: horizontal/vertical bends & risers, tees, reducers, drop-outs, partitions/dividers, supports & hangers, covers (solid/perforated)
• Compatible with E-Line support systems (BINRAK/M-FIX/RSP) for ceiling trapeze, wall, and multi-tier frames
