E-Line KT Trolley Busbar System (3-Pole, 100 A, 2.5 m Sections)

E-Line KT is a compact trolley busbar for safe, continuous power delivery to moving equipment such as cutting/spreading tables, moving doors and ceilings, assembly/test lines, and similar applications. Its C-PVC insulated conductor body sits inside a rugged steel housing for finger-safe operation and durability. A floating mechanical arrangement manages expansion without dedicated expansion joints, while round-brush collectors ensure reliable current pickup with minimal maintenance.

• Copper conductors in a C-PVC insulated body within a pre-galvanized steel housing
• 3 conductors with protective earth (PE) positioned on top; touch-protected with insulating foil
• Standard 2.5 m sections; special lengths 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 m
• Round-brush current collector (KT-A3) for smooth, low-friction travel
• No separate expansion elements required—floating design with sliding hangers absorbs thermal movement
• Recommended hanger spacing: 1.30–1.50 m
• Operating temperature: −20 °C to +55 °C; PA6 accessories; metallic finish
