The VEITH SYSTEM GmbH is a family based company. It was founded in 1972 by Mr. Gustav Veith, who had a long experience in the garment industry as a technical director. VEITH SYSTEM started with the patented VEITH Pin Table, for matching checks, stripes and patterns. The philosophy of this new product and the application know how is to get away from single piece by piece matching, but offering a solution, where the fabric is matched in a complete ply creating a complete matched lay package, with the aim of saving fabric and labor time. The VEITH Pin Table was supplied in the beginning mainly to German men's wear manufacturers.
