A nipper device pulls the needle thread to the underside at the start, ensuring clean, professional-looking seam openings. To combat oil staining, the system features an advanced Oil Shielding System: a rigid, integrated aluminum oil tank with high sealing performance, controlled lubrication to the needle bar, and an internal oil recovery and circulation mechanism. This design minimizes oil splashes and leakage while supporting speeds up to 5,000 sti/min, boosting productivity without compromising product cleanliness. Noise and wear are further reduced through stepping-motor drive for both the thread trimmer and presser auto-lifter—replacing conventional solenoids for smoother, quieter operation. Operator ergonomics are enhanced with dual customizable hand switches, standard auto-lift, knee lifter, and LED lighting around the needle entry area, with adjustable brightness for precise, comfortable sewing.
