The BEKT-S901CAII is a versatile single-head embroidery machine that delivers the same advanced technology found in Barudan multi-head models, in a compact and flexible package. Equipped with 9 needles and a 250 x 400 mm embroidery area, it is ideal for names, monograms and small logos on sports uniforms, workwear, school uniforms, caps, bags, shoes, socks, gloves and many other items. Switching between cap frame and blue frame is quick and tool-free, making it easy to adapt to different product types throughout the day.

To enhance operator comfort and productivity, the BEKT-S901CAII features a new tensioner with a larger LED indicator for clearer machine status visibility and redesigned thread guides for fast, easy threading. The open bridge-type chassis with powerful servo motors offers more space and power for sewing heavier and bulkier items like shoes and bags, while maintaining consistent stitch quality.

A standard laser pointer helps precisely center designs, and the Name Drop function simplifies handling of multiple-name jobs by separating names for verification and sewing, allowing individual name repair, and providing audible alerts when each name is complete—freeing the operator to focus on other tasks. Hoop Outline Display (barcode-based) shows the frame in use directly on the screen, while Frame Centering and Frame Limit functions automatically center the design in the selected frame and prevent operation if the design exceeds frame boundaries, reducing the risk of frame collisions and errors.

The control interface allows customization of shortcuts and operation icons, so frequently used functions are always at hand and can be tailored to specific applications. For connectivity, the BEKT-S901CAII supports USB design transfer and optional Bluetooth Manager and B-NET LAN networking software, enabling fast drag-and-drop design distribution, multi-machine networking (up to 7 via Bluetooth, up to 100 via LAN), schedule-based or direct-download design transfer, and web-based dashboards, machine status, and production reports—making it a powerful and future-ready choice for modern embroidery businesses.
