The BEKT-S501CBIII Clamp Frame model is a versatile single-head embroidery machine that brings multi-head technology into a compact, multi-purpose platform. Equipped with 5 needles and a generous 360 x 500 mm embroidery area, it is ideal for names, logos and detailed designs on sports uniforms, workwear, school uniforms, caps, tote bags, shoes, socks, gloves and other challenging items.

A newly engineered clamp frame comes standard, offering a clamping area 1.5 times larger than the previous version and 1.4 times stronger clamping power. This ensures secure holding of thicker materials, while plate springs and improved clips hold the fabric and backing uniformly, reducing wrinkles and frame marks. Hands-free hooping via foot pedals makes loading and unloading faster and easier, especially in busy production environments.

The BEKT-S501CBIII features a narrow cylinder arm and redesigned trimmer that allow sewing deeper into tight areas like pockets, socks and slippers. An open bridge-type chassis with powerful servo motors provides the strength and space needed for heavier items such as shoes and bags, while maintaining smooth, high-quality stitching.

Operator usability is enhanced with a new tensioner featuring a larger LED status indicator and improved thread guides for quicker, easier threading. A standard cross-type laser pointer ensures precise design centering. Name Drop functions simplify handling of multiple-name jobs, enabling separate viewing of each name, targeted name repair and audible alerts when each name is completed, so operators can focus on other tasks while the machine runs.

Advanced frame management tools include hoop outline display via barcode scanning, automatic frame centering, and frame limit protection to prevent accidental frame collisions. Frequently used functions can be grouped as on-screen shortcuts for faster operation, and switching between cap, clamp and blue frame modes is as simple as pressing a dedicated icon.

For connectivity, the BEKT-S501CBIII supports USB design transfer, and can be networked via optional Bluetooth Manager and B-NET LAN software. This enables drag-and-drop distribution of designs to multiple machines (up to 7 via Bluetooth, up to 100 via LAN), schedule-based or pull-based design downloads, as well as web-based dashboards, machine status monitoring and production reporting—making it a powerful, future-ready embroidery solution for demanding businesses.
