Barudan BEKT-S1501CII

The BEKT-S1501CII is a high-performance single-head bridge model engineered with the same advanced technology used in Barudan’s multi-head machines. Equipped with 15 needles and a spacious 450 × 520 mm embroidery area, it is designed to deliver excellent stitch quality across a wide range of applications—from apparel, sportswear and uniforms to accessories like caps, bags, socks, gloves and even small pockets and narrow items.

A newly designed thread trimmer paired with a narrow-diameter cylinder arm allows the machine to sew deeper into compact or curved areas such as pockets, slippers and other small accessories, expanding versatility and precision. The open bridge-type chassis powered by servo motors provides ample workspace and stability for sewing bulky items such as shoes and bags while maintaining smooth, consistent stitching at high speeds.

Operator convenience and efficiency are enhanced through the new tensioner featuring a larger LED for clearer machine status visibility and improved thread guides for faster, easier threading. A standard laser pointer ensures accurate centering of designs, reducing setup time and minimizing alignment errors. The Name Drop feature streamlines personalization workflows by separating multiple-name designs, enabling quick verification, individual name repair and audible alerts when each name is complete—allowing the operator to multitask efficiently.

Barcode-based hoop outline display shows the selected frame directly on the machine screen, while Frame Centering and Frame Limit functions automatically center the design and prevent operation when a design exceeds safe frame boundaries—protecting the frame, garment and machine. Customizable shortcuts allow frequently used operations to be grouped for quick access, enhancing workflow speed. Cap Frame Mode enables rapid switching between cap and blue frame settings with a simple on-screen tap.

For modern embroidery production, the BEKT-S1501CII offers comprehensive connectivity with USB design transfer and optional Bluetooth and LAN networking through Barudan’s management software. Bluetooth Manager supports drag-and-drop distribution of designs to up to 7 machines, while B-NET LAN connects up to 100 machines and enables scheduled or direct-download transfers, web-based dashboards, machine monitoring, and production reporting—making the BEKT-S1501CII a robust, future-ready solution for high-quality, high-capacity embroidery operations.
