Barudan BEKT-S1501CBIII

The BEKT-S1501CBIII is a high-performance single-head embroidery machine that incorporates the same advanced technology found in Barudan’s multi-head systems. Equipped with 15 needles and a spacious 360 × 500 mm embroidery area, it is designed to deliver excellent stitch quality on a wide variety of products including sports uniforms, workwear, school uniforms, caps, bags, shoes, socks, gloves and many other items.

Exclusive to the 15-needle models, the new front-access thread stand makes threading faster, easier and more ergonomic, especially during frequent colour changes. A narrow diameter cylinder arm combined with a newly designed trimmer allows the machine to sew deeper into narrow or hard-to-reach areas such as pockets, slippers and small accessories, expanding the range of items that can be embroidered with precision.

For bulky and heavy products like shoes and bags, the open bridge-style chassis provides a larger working area and improved handling, while powerful servo motors ensure smooth, stable stitching even on tougher materials. The new tensioner features a larger LED indicator for clearer monitoring of machine status and redesigned thread guides that enable quick, easy threading and consistent tension control.

Operator efficiency is enhanced through a range of intelligent functions. A standard laser pointer ensures precise centering of designs, while Name Drop simplifies multi-name jobs by separating names for verification, allowing quick repair of individual names and providing audible alerts when each name is completed—freeing the operator to focus on other tasks. Hoop outline display via barcode scanning shows the frame in use on the machine screen, and the combination of Frame Centering and Frame Limit functions automatically centers designs and prevents operation when designs exceed safe frame boundaries, protecting both machine and frame.

The user interface allows customization of shortcuts and frequently used operation icons, so workflows can be tailored to specific applications for faster operation. Cap Frame Mode makes it easy to switch between cap and blue frame settings with a simple on-screen tap. For connectivity and production management, the BEKT-S1501CBIII supports USB design transfer as well as optional Bluetooth and LAN networking through Barudan’s software. This enables drag-and-drop design distribution to multiple machines (up to 7 via Bluetooth, up to 100 via B-NET LAN), schedule-based or direct-download transfers, and the option to add web-based dashboards, real-time machine status and production reporting—making it a powerful, future-ready solution for demanding embroidery businesses.
