The BEKT-S1501CBIII Large Field 1200mm is a powerful single-head embroidery machine that offers the same advanced features as Barudan multi-head models, with an extra-large embroidery field for high-value, oversized jobs. Equipped with 15 needles and a generous 360 × 1200 mm embroidery area, it delivers excellent stitch quality on a wide range of products including sports uniforms, workwear, school uniforms, jackets, caps, bags, shoes, socks, smaller items and more. The wide portal frame and detachable table come as standard, enabling quick, tool-free changeover from caps to flats and providing strong support for large or long garments.

A narrow diameter cylinder arm combined with a newly designed trimmer allows sewing deeper into narrow and hard-to-reach areas such as pockets and slippers, expanding the range of items that can be embroidered with precision. The open bridge-type chassis with powerful servo motors offers a larger working area and the strength required for sewing on bulky items like shoes and bags, while maintaining smooth, consistent stitching.

Exclusive to the 15-needle series, the new thread stand allows easier threading from the front of the machine, making setup and colour changes faster and more ergonomic. A new tensioner with a larger LED indicator improves visibility of machine status, and redesigned thread guides ensure quick, easy threading and stable tension control. A standard laser pointer supports accurate design centering, reducing setup time and alignment errors.

For repeat production, the Matrix function is especially useful for emblems, badges, logos and multi-position layouts: the pattern can be automatically repeated by programming the number of rows and columns, significantly reducing programming time and operator handling. Productivity and safety are further enhanced with on-screen hoop outline display via barcode scanning, automatic Frame Centering and a Frame Limit function that prevents operation when a design exceeds the frame boundary.

The user interface allows customization of shortcuts and operation icons, so frequently used functions can be grouped and accessed quickly according to the application. Cap Frame Mode enables easy switching between cap and blue frame settings using dedicated on-screen icons. For connectivity, the BEKT-S1501CBIII supports USB design transfer as well as optional Bluetooth and LAN networking through Barudan software. This enables drag-and-drop design distribution to multiple machines (up to 7 via Bluetooth, up to 100 via B-NET LAN), schedule-based or direct-download design transfer, and the ability to add web-based dashboards, machine status monitoring and production reporting—making the BEKT-S1501CBIII Large Field 1200mm a robust, future-ready solution for demanding embroidery operations that require both scale and precision.
