The Rotary Y9 Head + YN Sequin Device is an advanced embroidery solution designed for manufacturers seeking superior decorative effects with consistent production stability. The YN sequin device is compatible with all rotary head models and represents a proprietary technology that creates gradation effects by changing and combining upper threads during sequin embroidery—resulting in visually rich, high-end designs.
The system supports top-hole sequins, ensuring stable feeding and reliable stitching, even in high-speed production. Depending on production requirements, the device can be configured as Single Sequin (V2) or Twin Sequin (V2), with the ability to automatically switch between two different sequin types on the twin configuration.
A wide range of sequin sizes can be embroidered, from small decorative sequins to large statement spangles, making the system ideal for fashion garments, performance wear, stage costumes, and premium embellishment applications. High productivity is maintained even at elevated speeds, with excellent stitch consistency and durability.
