The BEKS Series represents the latest generation of multi-head embroidery machines designed for high-volume, professional embroidery production. Equipped with newly developed tensioners and improved thread guides, the machine ensures stable thread control and easy threading, while a large LED status display allows operators to monitor machine operation at a glance. High-power servo drive motors provide smooth motion, excellent stitch formation, and long-term reliability even during extended production runs.

The 15-needle in-line sewing head significantly reduces downtime by minimizing thread changes. Individual heads can be selectively disabled, allowing efficient handling of small orders or sample runs without interrupting the entire production line. High-quality MK6 thread trimmers cut both needle and bobbin threads simultaneously, offering fast trimming speeds and exceptional durability.

Advanced embroidery flexibility is achieved through the Double Field Function, enabling continuous or large-format designs by selectively operating even or odd heads. The Head Selection Function further enhances flexibility by allowing each head to be controlled independently for large or complex embroidery layouts.

Operator efficiency is improved through an intuitive control interface featuring frame outline display, frame centering, and frame limit protection, reducing setup time and preventing frame collisions.
