The zig zag system supports a wide variety of sewing techniques, including cording, taping, zig zag stitching, rolled stitch, back cord stitch, and frill sewing. Sewing parameters such as zig zag width, nipple height, and nipple stroke can be adjusted independently, allowing precise control over stitch appearance and finishing quality. Automatic bobbin thread trimming before long jumps and at design completion ensures clean transitions between zig zag and regular embroidery.

An advanced take-up lever cancel function prevents needle unthreading on inactive heads, while the automatic nipple height and stroke adjustment system (10 selectable levels each) allows fine tuning of cording and taping results across different materials and thicknesses. Multiple standard and optional guides further expand decorative possibilities, supporting a wide range of cord and tape sizes.
