The BEKS-CLZ Series is engineered to meet the growing demand for high-quality chenille embroidery combined with regular embroidery in a single production workflow. Designed for professional and high-volume manufacturing environments, the series offers unmatched efficiency, durability, and creative freedom.
Each machine is equipped with a dedicated chenille sewing head featuring automatic switching between standard embroidery and chenille embroidery. Switching can be performed in automatic or semi-automatic mode, controlled directly by stitch data within the embroidery design—eliminating manual intervention and reducing setup time.
The chenille system supports up to 6 colors, with automatic color change, automatic thread trimming, and thread-keeping functions that ensure smooth operation and high productivity. The automatic needle bar height adjustment system offers 10 selectable height levels, allowing precise control over loop height and chain stitch size. Additional automation features such as automatic needle bar raising and automatic tension opening/closing simplify material handling and ensure optimal stitch quality.
The BEKS-CLZ Series also integrates a high-precision in-line embroidery head with 9 or 12 needle colors, enabling seamless combination of chenille and flat embroidery within the same design. Individual heads can be disabled independently, supporting efficient small-lot production and sampling.
Powered by high-torque servo motors, the machine delivers smooth motion, consistent stitch formation, and long-term reliability. The proven MK6 thread trimming system cuts both needle and bobbin threads simultaneously, offering exceptional trimming speed and durability.
Advanced operator support functions—such as hoop outline display, automatic frame centering, frame limit protection, and customizable shortcut icons—improve setup accuracy, safety, and ease of use. Modern connectivity options including USB, Bluetooth, and LAN networking allow fast design transfer and scalable production management across multiple machines.
