The Slide SH Head + Sequin Device is an advanced embroidery solution designed for manufacturers who require consistent quality, high productivity, and creative flexibility in sequin embroidery. The system is compatible with all slide head embroidery models and supports a wide variety of sequins, including top-hole sequins, which are highly regarded for stable feeding and reliable production performance.
Depending on production requirements, the Slide SH system can be configured with Single, Double, Twin, or Double Twin Sequin (V2) devices, allowing the embroidery of one to four different sequin types within a single setup. This modular configuration enables seamless adaptation to complex decorative designs while minimizing downtime.
High-speed performance is maintained even during sequin embroidery, with stable operation up to 1000 rpm for sequins up to 5 mm in diameter. The system supports small decorative sequins as well as bold, statement designs through an optional Big Sequin Device, extending embroidery capability up to 25 mm outer diameter.
With motor-controlled or pneumatic vertical movement depending on the configuration, the Slide SH Head + Sequin Device ensures smooth, precise placement of sequins, making it ideal for high-value garments, stage costumes, sportswear, accessories, and decorative textile applications.
