The Ngai Shing 9084 is a pneumatic steam pocket creasing machine that operates automatically. It is appropriate for folding and pressing thin fabric pockets, such as those seen in shirts.
- The upper mould can withdraw and then press the pocket again in a double press arrangement
- The size of the lower mould is adjustable; the front and back components of the heating template can be removed separately to make it easier to transfer the pocket
- Pockets with round, square, hexangular, and triangle shapes might be substituted
- Utilise a PLC and a user-friendly touch screen for operation
- For improved pocket screening, the bottom mould can spray steam
