- The ‘forced lubrication’ technology ensures that only a small amount of oil is applied to the necessary areas, eliminating the risk of oil leakage while maintaining efficiency in machine performance
- On the bushing above the fabric and sewing cylinder, there is a special sealing mechanism that wipes oil films off moving parts, preventing oil stains
- The oil collected is cooled and used for the next lubrication cycle
- The needle bar stroke can be changed from 31mm to 33mm using a pin on the needle bar, making it easier to change between materials of different weight
- The looper thread take-up cam is positioned outside the machine frame reducing the time taken to unwind the looper thread in case it minds itself around the cam
- Assembly is easier because of the outer lever and it allows for the adjustment of the foot lifter without having to remove the top cover
- Active thread control enables the machine to produce perfect seams on a variety of materials ranging from elastic seams on microfibers to tight seams on general outerwear
